At Moon Rock Tea, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We stand behind the quality of our teas and want you to enjoy your experience with us from first sip to final steep. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on tea or any opened consumable goods.

However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

If your request is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.


How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos (if item was damaged or incorrect)

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
